GAZAR

GAZAR-1002

CHAMPAGNE Polyester Gazar. First developed by Basque couturier Cristóbal Balenciaga in the 1960s, gazars come with a rather “claylike” ability to hold shape in dresses, gowns, skirts, and more. This particular gazar is finely woven from polyester and therefore a very affordable, efficient alternative to gazars made from silk. The crisp hand and the resilient drape of this fabric make it a fantastic choice for structuring garments such as bridal dresses, skirts, avant-garde jackets, and more! It’s also great for linings, sleeves, and overlays. Note that it is semi-sheer.
